I think he was just saying there's nothing wrong with sluts, and there's a time and place for that. But that's not what he was expecting this girl to be; he just isn't into her as a whole.

Okay. You cleared it up. I was just wondering why he brought up the no sex thing in the OP. I didn't know if it was because that's what he was looking for or if it changed how he should handle the situation.
That case, I would just send her a text. Something brief, nice and to the point.
