I took him back to court because he wasn't taking care of the things we agreed on. We agreed to split the tuition plus 600$(child support amt from divorce in 2001 ). After I had to pay his half of the tuition last school year that was it. He makes alot more than I do. Child support increased to $2000 a month.

Was he already not paying enough child support? Does every dime he pay go to directly to care for the child or are you using some of it to get your hair did?

I had to take my ex husband back to court for child support because he was taking care of his part.

Put your son in a better school that will give you more than 24 hours notice if an issue arises. Sounds terrible.
As for your husband, get a job, or two, and adjust your lifestyle.

My son is a junior . I also have to pay for car insurance and that is super high for a teenage boy.

$24,000 a year for child support seems excessive.

Your son is 16. Tell him to get a job.
