Exactly. You can apply that to any ghetto of any race. The Irish, Italians, and Jews lived in ghettos, were poor and uneducated, had higher crime rates, and were discriminated against. Then they joined society and became part of the culture. The weird part is that a lot of blacks have done this too. But a lot simply won't. Remove the small part about "acting white" and take my flyer to any white ghetto too.
