now you begin to accept that the QB is not an essential part of the game plan, and you plan around him, not for him.
What BS!
You have to brain dead to think this way less than a year removed from Mett throwing the ball all over the fricking field.
LSU has thrown the ball when LSU has had a QB capable of throwing the ball without it biting us in the arse. We threw it in 2008 even when we shouldn't. Russell threw it in 2005, 2006. Flynn in 2007. Lee in 2008. Mett in the last part of 2012 and all of 2013.
Anyone saying QBs haven't been essential for Miles is nuts.

we played the best defense in the sec and the LSU offense was dominant. we would have scored 25+ points except for 4 turnovers and a wasted 3rd qtr due to poor field position (got ball inside the 20 on 3 or 4 times). we also got screwed on the inadvertent whistle call and the missed interference call in 1st qtr. Miles and Cam know exactly what they are doing. we are in year two with cam and it will take another year for cam to resolve the qb concerns. when cam fixed all the qb concerns, we will dominate college football for a few years.
