I just think we are missing that last component that makes us a national title kind of team verses a 10-2 team. We have a very good defense, a very good offensive line, great RB's. I just think we need to have a little more balance and better efficiency at the quarterback position. It will do wonders for our running game as well. I am not saying throw the ball 40 times but it will help tremendously being able to be more dangerous passing the ball. Attack all parts of the field. We have players like Dural who can beat you deep, Quinn is a sneaky fast player who finds holes in the defense. Dupre is very good as well. We just need to get the ball to them consistently. While Jennings has gotten better and he has to improve being consistent and hitting the shorter and intermediate passes. I think its correct move to start Jennings, he should. Come spring time, I really think there will be a major QB battle between Harris and Jennings. I think its Jennings to lose at this point but I like the direction we are heading. Lots to be excited about

this is another common theme from negas (not necessarily you). "we should have won more championships."

the problem with this thinking is that it refers back to my earlier post. the teams that are running a strategy that is alternative to lsu's are not winning more games. miles mitigates offense risk vs how the other 2 phases match up against the opponent. he does this better than anyone not named saban. the proof is that he wins more games than anyone despite playing in the toughest division of the most competitive era of cfb.

there's no way to prove that IF lsu had done this or that differently, they would have won more games. what we know is how it turned out and miles' record speaks for itself.

miles can't control who plays in the ncg. he can control who plays in the sec cg and in that regard, he's as good as anyone other than saban.
