I need to know who took so long getting Bechwith in before any forgiveness. Weeks of struggling on D and then we finally put Beckwith in full time, poof we are great on D. He did seem to scheme well last night and 3rd and Chavis wasn't terrible. If the guys keep coming into their own, his D can work with elite players

you're probably not going to take this well, however, beckwith blew two coverages against AU that resulted in t.d's. Is he better than welter, yes, is he getting much better, yes.

Last night was Beckwith's best game - by an order of magnitude.

I'm sure it appears that way to many of you, but it just isn't true. We were giving up big plays, huge QB runs and missing tackles with #31 on the sidelines - all year. The evolution from being almost good, to competent, to great has happened fairly slowly in SEC play. Auburn just caught us at exactly the right time.

Beckwith wasn't ready. People were bitching about Welter when Beckwith was playing. Beckwith is now ready and played like we suspected he eventually would. It's his job now, he finally earned it.
