Marathon weekend (January) is a great time to go. The biggest issue you are going to have are the Brazilian Tour Groups, BUT they usually arrive later in the morning and most of them stay off site.
Crowds start to die down about 1/3 and will pick up for MLK weekend, but any time between there is a great time to go.
With changes to the fastpass system, you will want to book as soon as you can.
