BilJ...Do you know the road traveled to accomplish what these kids have accomplished just to be on the field?
It takes thousands of hours of extremely hard work, discipline, tenacity, strength, drive, heart, diligence, failure, courage, resilience and development of skill to a sport, school and family....to go through all that for the better part of their young life, just for the chance to play in front of 100 thousand screaming coonasses. And make a mistake or two and you get booed is such a huge kick in the dick to that kids self worth. Like nothing he sacrificed and gave up to get there means anything to the drunk a-hole in the stands calling for him to be pulled. It just very disheartening and cruel IMO. Instead of booing, cheer louder, pick him up, give him something to play for, give him confidence, give him a reason to play well and he just might surprise you. Because I sure as hell know, e has done a whole fricking lot more to be on that field than you ever did to be the drunk a-hole up in the stands on Saturday night in Tiger Stadium.
TL;DR...don't be an a-hole.

He's putting that "sacrifice" in for his own gain, again I don't boo but the moral police need to quit treating these guys like war veterans.
