At least this guy appears to have done the responsible thing and called the hospital, told them "hey I've got Ebola. Come get me", and waited for them to pick him up in hazmat suits, instead of driving himself to the nearest clinic or ER waiting room and exposing himself to countless other people

Responsible? This a-hole went bowling and rode in uber cabs the day before going to the hospital.
