Ran...stopped...turned...head shot. That's what it sounds like. Dude had his hands up per multiple witnesses. I truly feel that the kid started an altercation with the cop...it appears that he had pot in his system. Look...that kid was NO saint, but after a vicious altercation (his fault), he exited the car...started to run...stopped and put his hands up...got whacked.

Brown was not 'no threat at all' during the struggle...but I'm convinced he was no threat out of the car with his hands up...something YOU CANNOT DO with your brains blown out. The fatal wound happened at a distance (note...the autopsy proves close contact hand wound...not a close contact head wound).
Brown instigated this by fighting with the cop...but the cop took it too far..bad deal.
