Point being, Brees is playing fine.

Good one.

I don't think he gets near enough appreciation for his play the first 3 weeks. He was escaping pressure left and right and making plays.

He was playing lights out until the Tampa game when he decided he needed to play the hero without Graham.

He played pretty lights out vs. Detroit outside of 1 pass. While he shouldn't have thrown it, it was actually a pretty great play by the defender and a pretty bad one by Colston. He was open for the first 1 second earlier

say we fix the o-line in the next year, will all the haters on Brees quietly change their tune when he gets back to form? you give him a line and he will be back to form. cant wait to see all the "his arm sucks, hes done, hes this and that" posters try to find an answer then.

Brees is becoming Favre. Won't take the sack and the next play but will sling the ball into triple coverage when falling down.

He should be the model of consistency on this team and his turnovers have HUGE impacts on the outcome of games.

Of course the defense and o-line deserve their fair blame as well. frick, this is just a shitty season all around.
