I like the chocolates they leave but I feel like the invasion of my privacy overall makes it not worth it.

You don't have to let them in. I keep DND on my door at all times unless I'm staying somewhere more than 1-2 nights and/or I'm gone from the hotel a long time.

This. It always pisses me off. If its late night and I am in my boxers with my wife I don't want some Asian lady knocking on my door asking if she can tuck us in. It was so weird.
