LSU Winter Intersession

What're people's experiences with this?
My options are basically:
POLI 4043 - American Foreign Policy with Mokeba
or
RNR 4061 - Problems with Natural Resource Management
Anybody taken either of these courses, wintersession or not?

I took one winter intersession course ever and it was significantly easier than the regular semester version according to the professor.
He told us he normally assigned about 3-4 papers in the regular term. All we had to do was take a midterm and a final.
It's 3 hours per day monday - saturday but I remember getting a long break around Christmas time so it was fairly pleasant and worth doing.

I took 4061 last semester for Jimmy Chambers under Marcus Rutherford, and it was a great class. You have a semester long project you work on with about 8 other people. Our project was planting 1900 cypress trees at 11 different sites all throughout LA.
What is your major?
ETA: this was during spring so I only had one meeting a week. You'll probably have a week's worth of work
