A good shrimp spaghetti is a fine thing, esp if you sneak a little bit of crab fat into the gravy when no one's looking. (It weirds some ppl out, but it adds an incredible flavor/background richness.)
My mama used to make killer pie crust, and her chocolate meringue pies are fantastic. She quit making them years ago due to arthritic hands.
