re: Who here has been to World of Beer?

I don't review beers, but my grades would be higher than normal, because most of the beers I try are either because a.) someone who's opinion I respect has recommended it, b.) it comes from a good brewery, or c.) I have already tasted a sample from the bartender before ordering a pint. In all three cases, I have a pretty good idea that it is a better than average beer before I drink it.

So I would expect that my grades will be on the high side.

If I was going to attempt to try every beer at every taproom in Portland, my liver would give out long before I reached my goal...
