Are they using just state pay or are private funds like TAF included in that?

Graphic is extremely misleading.

Coaches salaries are generally paid by athletic departments (and private booster foundations) that have huge revenues and donations. Their salary is not directly supported by the university (public funds).

To lump them in with other gov't employees is flat out wrong.

Les is not even the highest paid person at LSU, if you only factor his direct income from the state.
