Kentucky has a pretty good team for sure. Towles is capable, but he has a lot of improving to do. He's young and struggles with his progressions. After the South Carolina win, I think everyone is aware that they have a very solid running game.
Defensively, their run defense is not very good. Luckily for us, we like to run the ball a lot (in case you haven't noticed).
In the secondary, they can be pretty underwhelming in coverage. They do have a lot of INTs this year, but three of those were against Vandy which kind of skews it a little.
It's not a terrible match-up for us at all. We should be able to move the ball on them very well. South Carolina racked up 500 yards of offense in Lexington. Florida got 532. Neither the Cocks or Gators are very intimidating offensively.
They should be able to move the ball on us and get some points, but we should be able to pound the rock on them, control possession, and win this game by double digits.
If you think a loss Saturday is likely, you haven't done your research.
