I am not trying to be pessimistic, but we lose a bunch on the OLine
The OL will be better next season. La'el is the only one that will be missed in the slightest. The new OL starters will be more suited to what Grimes wants with his Zone Blocking techniques. I expect Dodd to be the starting Center with Pocic and Clapp in there somewhere. You've got to have OL's that can quickly pick up their assignments on the fly and know who they're teaming up with in the correct "Zone." Individual size and strength are not as important as "Team Work." Recruiting the right type of OL is crucial to this. Agility and Football Smarts are critical in Zone.

What about Brumfield, Boutte, Malone, Hawkins, and Austin. They can't "quickly pick up their assignments"? No "Football Smarts" among them? They have "size and strength" but no "smarts"? Not "up north" enough? There is no way you are not BRAVEHEART.
