I got a kick out of the NHL going full troll on the Caps, naming Forsberg as the replacement for Malkin, and not Backstrom. So not only does Nicky still not get an ASG, the NHL named the player the Caps traded away.

Obviously Forsberg for Erat was a terrible decision in hindsight, but has there been a worse decision by the Capitals organization than their decision to switch from the '80s red white and blue jerseys to the blue eagle jerseys?
