Have we all just decided to ignore Hog entirely, because absolutely no one said anything regarding this ludicrous statement. He honestly believes a line with Stvee Downie on it is the best anything in hockey.

Look, the correct answer is easily the Kings, who trot out Stoll-Kopitar-Gaborik, which let's face it, is patently unfair. But that said, would anyone trade their third line, straight up, for the Penguins third line (leaving out salaries)? Right now, would you take Bennett-Sutter-Downie for whatever you have on the third line?

I mean, the Pens no longer have the vast wasteland of utter shite they've been trotting out behind their top two lines the past 2-3 years, but it's still not all that awe-inspiring. I mean, their top two lines are, and their power play is ridiculous right now, but I still wouldn't call this a deep team. Their top two lines, however, have scored 41 goals, which is just absurd. Their PDO is off the charts right now (!070, which is better than the #2 and# 3 teams combined), so they'll come back to earth, but god damn.
