Assuming hanging out means that in the event that it is a female celebrity that I won't be banging her, I would choose Matthew McConnahey. In the event that it there is even a remote chance of banging them, I choose Rose Leslie (Ygritte). She and my SO hit it off when Rose was filming a movie in New Orleans and my SO was working on the set. She seemed really cool, humble, and down to earth.
