What crime was this kid committing that required the officers to hit him while he was lying on the pavement with his hands cuffed behind his back?

I was not commenting on this situation. I was speaking in general about the double standard. I have not made a single comment about the cops' actions in this situation.

The charges weren't dropped. He went to trial and was acquitted. Your really good at making shite up though. Continue to carry on bootlicker

I didn't remember exactly how the guy got off. Does it really matter though?

Double standard? How are the two incidents even remotely similar?

And I'm speaking about both this situation and your supposed double standard. So answer the question.

Imagine that. A cop defender claiming ignorance when he's proven wrong. I wonder where you learned that tactic.

Does it really matter though?

Yes bootlicker, it does matter. The guy was arrested. He went to jail. He faced prosecution. He was acquitted because there were no witnesses, no murder weapon was found, and no gunshot residue was found on him.

Meanwhile, the stiffest consequence, if any at all, the shitty cops caught on video in the growing number of instances like this one will face is a paid vacation pending an internal investigation.
