For Fantasy Basketball

There's more at the link for people who are in to such things.

People who play fantasy basketball know that Kevin Durant is, without question, the best player in the game today. Nobody else is so well-rounded and so dominant in so many categories, even though as recently as a year ago there was a real debate over whether he or LeBron James should be drafted with the top selection in fantasy drafts.
Not that James had a bad year last season; it’s just that Durant pushed himself ahead. In some ways, New Orleans Pelicans forward Anthony Davis did, too.
Now entering his third year, Davis has made it clear that, for the first time in a long time, the top three picks in this year’s draft will carry massive value rather than just the top two. In fact, there’s even a pretty convincing argument that Davis should be the second pick of your fantasy basketball draft instead of James.

It's a sound argument
Lebron does have a weak schedule late and is on a team that will likely lock up HFA in the east by the final weeks.
AD will likely get all of the minutes he can handle.
LBJ is now on a team with Irving/Love(2 20+ PPG scorers and high usage guys),he also has waiters to take even more pressure off of him.
He'll still likely put up 25/6/6 and still very efficient but you can't deny that AD will likely take another step forward.
AD could also add the odd 3 pointer which helps his value even more. I also wouldn't be surprised at 2-2.5 dimes as well.
LBJ still has advantages in assists(a commodity that gets scarcer as the draft goes on) and 3s(with the aftermentioned guys commanding attention this could go up).
AD has the biggest advantage in blocks(averaging nearly 3 blocks a game can singlehandedly win you that week which is gold.) though blocks aren't that hard to find late.
I like ADs situation better but LBJs consistency can't be understated either.

I do those things. I picked AD #1 overall in a dynasty. Gonna have him for years to come.

To make matters even worse, new head coach David Blatt has said that he could see wanting to rest James more than usual to ensure that he is healthy for the postseason.
Well of course this is gonna allow other players to pass LeBron up. As always though, congrats to AD.

I don't even do fantasy (I may get into it one day, I dunno), so it really doesn't matter.
