i worked with a Linux engineer that had a full sleeve...and he wore short sleeve shirts on the reg...one of the smartest and highest paid individuals on that team...if you know your job...and have a fricking masters....most employers wont give a frick....if they do, i wouldn't work for them...i have a lower arm tattoo as well...not a full sleeve, and haven't had not one employer mention it...
