There was another complaint of excessive force by police after a seatbelt traffic stop. They were on their way to Chicago to the hospital to see the woman's dying mother.
Woman driver, male passenger and 2 kids in the back seat.
Police broke the passenger window and tased the adult male passenger more than once.
