New arrival...Sony TC-K909es cassette deck (1994-1996)

This deck was the last, and top of the line for the classic Series VI “ES” wood side paneled cassette decks—sporting Dolby B, C, S, and HX Pro, closed-loop dual capstan tape drive, powered loading door, manual fine bias calibration, manual fine level calibration, record EQ calibration, 3-heads, laser amorphous heads, linear “real time” counter, and IR remote control.

In the Sony line, this deck was only (ever so slightly) bettered by the TC-KA7es (Released in Japan only w/champagne colored faceplates and losing the wood side panels—made from 1994-2000).

Traveling Wilburys—“vol. 1”...Wilbury Records/Warner Bros., cassette recorded with Dolby HX Pro...1988

Had a Nach in the 80’s. Know anyone who wants/needs a Nach tape head de-magnitizer?
