So I was at my audiophile friend's camera shop in Metairie last week (Lakeside Camera), and picked up a set of cool LED lights intended for clipping on to a static camera stand. They have 2 6" long snake arms that terminate in a bright white LED light.
I placed it behind the platter and here is the effect...
If I place a translucent colored album on the platter, it glows that color! (I'll try to post a pic of one tonight).
Looks pretty neat at night!!

Hey Marco... does music direct do any kind of Black Friday stuff? Need to order the speakers and wanted to check before I ordered them. Figured it would be a little harder to score something off of them since I'm basically ordering just speakers and some accessories. I did grab the quad from them earlier though...
Asking cause the wife's eyes kinda crossed when she saw the price of the vandersteens
Good thing she didn't see the TT and amp cost....
