Can occur is very different from likely to occur.


And what a lot of readers fail to understand when they read reports of "ZOMG THEY FOUND VIRUS IN THIS AFTER SO LONG" doesn't mean that it represents an infectious dose.

To reach the 3-4 days window you are speaking of, while still being an infectious threat, you are talking about obvious bodily fluid smear. I'm talking blood drops.

Not someone sweating or sneezing in their hand and then putting it on a grocery cart.

An infectious dose of Ebola is 1 - 10 organisms.
