If the Drs visiting & checking on the family in their apartment aren't worried enough to wear protective gear, I'm not THAT worried about getting it from people showing no symptoms. I do think it's been a bit too lax, though.

Perry had yet another opportunity to show up Obama. Getting logistics in place to monitor the family 24/7 and provide food/supplies during the quarantine period would have been easy to set up and not that costly
