Yes if you mean spouse and kids. No, if you mean the rest of your family although ideally they would be high priority as well.

I know what the book called the bible says. You are supposed to put your spouse before your children. Good thing America rejects this part of the bible and puts children before spouses. I don't know why anyone says america was founded on anything to do with God because this is just one example of America doing the opposite of Gods ways.

Here's a simple one:

Best friend, Boyfriend, and friends are going to the beach for the weekend

or

Your LOVING parents' (who give you everything from the moon and back) 25th anniversary party.


That was a situation someone I know was in, they picked...the 1st option.

Kids (teenagers and even young adults) that say stupid shite to their parents like "my friends love me more" or pick their friends before family (good family/parents that love you, not shitty ones) make me so irate.
