It's all about personal taste, but I agree with you... Mudhoney is the only one that comes close in that era of Seattle... maybe the Posies, but they were power pop.. Love Battery was underrated
Possibly Young Fresh Fellows, too.. but they were much further along in their career..

I never understood why Mudhoney didn't get as big as the others.
