The kitchen in that pic is probably closer to $150-200k.
The appliances alone are pushing $50k.
The unseen things such as running gas lines, electricity, water lines, drain lines, etc. adds up quickly.

No way those appliances cost 50k. You have a lynx grill, double side burner,ice maker, sink, and a few storage doors & drawers. Its about 9-11k in equipment.
