Given that it's a so-so PSU but fared kinda sorta well in tests, I put it on the fence because of the 970's 145W TDP. It would put the 12V rail at something close to 95% load. Having never owned one myself, I am only basing my guess of its capabilities on the jonnyguru load test: https://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story3&reid=239

Obviously there's gonna be some variation in units, and the load, over time, would wear out the capacitors more quickly, and the PSU is probably gonna be a little hotter in that SFF case. So I'll concede that.

But either way, GTX 970 is my suggestion.
