Cancer - not (in nearly all cases) caused by virus or bacteria
Heart Disease - not caused by virus or bacteria
AIDS - Good one, but affects developing world much more than US. US HIV patients (with money) have access to much better drugs than 20 years ago.
FLU - Vaccines available, low death rate.
