That actually looks like it would work, I like that it has a digital display and remote. But will 20w output be enough? Basically I need enough power to run two outdoor type speakers loud enough to be heard over a boiling crawfish pot for example.

It'll probably get as loud as you want without distorting too much. What kind of speakers are you driving, specifically? Either the model number, or list of specs (2-way, 3-way, wattage rating, sensitivity, etc) would be helpful. They do make lots of other little amps like that that are louder, but an important note about wattage: to get something that is just noticeably louder than 20w, you need a 40w amp. To be noticeably louder than 40w, you need an 80w amp. The power must be doubled before your ears can even tell. So when you see these 200w amps, they're not 10x as loud, they're closer to four "steps" louder.
Now, you very well could need something with a little more power behind it given your noisy outdoors requirement. Remember, too, if I (or anyone else) can't find a better/more suitable model for the cost and you already have the speakers, you can order that thing first and test it out with zero worry. I linked an Amazon product. You can ways return it if it's sub par.
