At age 28 don't take the whole tablet, cut it in half or smaller. All a normal < 40 year-old male needs to do is to smell a tablet (I exaggerate only slightly) and it will be effective. Chewing them up rather than swallowing them whole speeds up the efficacy period, or so I'm to understand.....

It allows those of us who might otherwise overindulge in any way that might compromise our effectiveness to have a lead pipe cinch when it is needed.
