Are there lights on the pier already? I'm guessing there are as most on that side have them. If the trout are there, you will be able to see them. As someone said, for some reason, the larger trout will show up later. If they are there the night before, I always try to get up and go out there about an hour before daylight and load up.

I've never been to the place so I don't know about the lights yet...I'm hoping to be able to pack one
