Update. It was a FALSE REPORT. They need to lock this runt up for a long time

Off Campus Armed Robbery (UPDATE) DATE & TIME OF OCCURRENCE: Sept. 27, 2014, Approximately 3:00 PM LOCATION: 835 Broadway Street REPORTED OFFENSE: The victim (Tulane Student) was approached by a suspect who brandished a weapon and demanded his property. The victim relinquished his property and the subject fled the area on foot towards St. Charles Street than unknown. Follow up investigation revealed that the victim provided TUPD & NOPD with false statements and filed a false Police report concerning the Armed Robbery.
