I don't consider one a big deal, if I was an employer it wouldn't cause me to not hire someone.

Yeah, but that's a little specific. I drive a company vehicle, and if I got a DWI I'd most likely lose that privilege. I wouldn't lose my job though, unless the DWI was IN the company vehicle.
