It's really simple. I was an early adopter of android. I had 3 android phones. I got into rooting etc. Had a lot of fun with it. I had no desire to have an Iphone because the screens were just to small for me. I use an ipad and a Mac pro for work and really enjoyed that experience so when the 5 screens got bigger I decided to switch to try it out. Personally I much preferred the apple ios experience especially how all my devices worked together. And the stability of it all. After a while the Android phones seem to get unreliable and for lack of a better work clunky (I'm sure that has changed).

A good friend works for Verizon so I get to see all of the latest android phones and I just don't have a desire to go back start over with apps etc. I've had the iphone 6 for a week now and love it. The gaming apps are amazing looking and again, the overall experience suits my needs better. It's not a right or wrong thing, it's a taste thing. I might go back to android one day if I get bored with apple.

All mainline phones are great.

No way to be wrong.
