It should be illegal because its a money trap and the cop walking around in the middle of the interstate is a lot more dangerous than someone doing 80 in a 70

It should be illegal because it creates a hazardous situation for the motorists in the vicinity. Cop jumps out into the middle of a travel lane with cars going 60-70mph. This can startle drivers and cause them to overreact, perhaps swerving into the next lane without looking or suddenly slamming on their brakes.

If you're going to radar on the interstate, quit being a lazy frick and pursue the offenders.
