Yes they will do all of that. You're gonna need to locate a programmer first though. Another thing about Tri-care is that out of the year or so my truck was there, they never once upsold me on stuff that wasn't needed. If I had any questions about the work, they had no problems showing me the defective parts or walking me into the shop and letting me have a look at stuff.
Here's a story that can better explain how my last interaction went with them. This was a week before I sold my truck:
I was getting something done where the cab had to be off again. Didn't want to spend a single dollar more than I had to fixing it. Jay called and told me that my oil cooler had all kinds of shite in it(coolant residue), and that I should put a new one in it so I didn't have to come back a month later when it fricked up for good. I told him I wasn't paying a fricking thing more than I needed to to get the thing running, and I would just let the guy I sold it to worry about it. We went back and forth for a minute and he finally said, "Fine, I'm putting the thing in if you want me to or not. You've had enough problems with it and I don't want any more stuff going wrong. I'm not charging you for anything, but I'm putting one in". Sho nuff, he had the mechanic put a brand new one in and didn't charge me for the part or labor.
Ask for Jay or Daniel and tell them the guy with the cursed F250 sent you. I told them I sold it, but there is no way they forgot that truck.
They are very quick with work, but also do a lot of fleet work, so they might not be able to get to it for a day or three. To put that into perspective, they can have the cab off of an 08-10 in under 2hrs with one mechanic working on it. Swapped a long block and all parts over, then put the cab back on in about 10hrs. Diesel rates are around $100/hr anywhere you go, and they use computer hours like all other shops, so don't be surprised when the labor bill is high.

Thanks for the heads up and advise. On phone now so I'm short winded. I have a guy who can supply the tuner, tunes, dpf and egr deletes. I am only going with a delete pipe because I only want a small tune and want to keep the stock tailpipe. Biggest thing is reliability.
It'll be a bit till in order the entire package, I'll go to Tru care when I do though.
