What's wrong with the lack of the rotation along the defensive line? Were the redshirt freshman (Herron/Gilmore/Bain) mis-evaluated? Just slow developing? Lack of coaching? Dog house?

Just throw them out there and see what happens. Could not hurt anything. Maybe some of these kids are just gamers.

The first issue is that Les does not see it as a problem. When asked about it directly, he responded "I don't see it as a weakness." To utter this immediately after watching your team give up 600 yards of offense including 300+ on the ground is quite alarming.

LSU needs to change their recruiting philosophy on the D-Line & with LB's. We need to recruit some BIG STRONG D-Linemen & LB's. Speed is nice but our D-Line & LB's are getting manhandled & beaten at the point of attack. Doesn't matter who' rotating in, if they are small & light, they are gonna get pushed around.

Given the fact that Godchaux has apparently already passed all three of those guys on the depth chart, I would say they are looking like busts/projects/possible future offensive linemen.

Chavis has done this since 12. It's very frustrating. I just don't think we have anybody to put in though.
