Can you give me an example when these agencies did not act in the best interest of American citizens.

I'm very anti large government and normally question reports issued by government agencies. However I truly believe most people in the pentagon and high ranking members of the military care about the people in this nation. Our highest calling is to uphold and defend the constitution that protects Americans.
