Typically just the upper decks in my experience.
I've had more problems with SEC road games than NFL games.

The quality differential of fans at NFL vs. NCAA grows larger year after year. It's obviously not cheap to go to NFL games, so I'm not sure if anything will really change, as trash already fork over the money to attend.
