Lois Lerner is a VICTIM of ridiculous tax laws, an absurd Citizens United Supreme Court decision, her own bosses, and a smear campaign by the Republican Party.

Lerner is a VICTIM of tax laws, but "the rich" that par a massively disproportionate amount of the taxes aren't?
