That's the thing about football. Coaches are supposed to spot weakness first and correct it. If they don't it's in everyone's face like a turd in a punch bowl.

This is not true. We are just running the wrong formations. We recruited two guys who came pistol/shotgun formations. You can run power out of pistol with no problems, watch the 49ers/Seattle play. If we switch our offense to run pistol, we could have more success. Also we need to run off the LEFT side of the ball! Also Jennings is an idiot. There were 3 separate occasions where if he would have checked off to the fullback/TE we would have picked up 10+ yards. We have to get Jennings out and Mcgee out and our offense will improve
