I didnt watch today, but it falls in line with what I had thought, dating back to last year.
He's a cutback run on Halloween last year from being reallllllly average as a runner.
He's averaging 3.64 YPC since that game. 10 games.
You obviously disagree. What are you seeing?

As a between the tackles runner, Hill is better.
Gio doesn't hit the hole with the explosiveness that Hill does.
But Gio doesn't fumble, he pass protects and he is really great in space.
He's too valuable at the line of scrimmage to be strictly a third-down back. So much versatility in his game.

If you don't think he's a good RB, nothing I say is going to convince you otherwise.
I've liked what I've seen this season. He's running strong, pushing piles, slipping tackles and breaking plays out of the backfield. When I took notes on both games, I was consistently writing down "Bernard is explosive." I don't know what that stands for, but it bumps him up into the good category of RB.
