Have an account with a site that follows such things. Each dot represents a single applicant - there's a lot of red stacked together in those thicker places, but its hard to graphically show in 500 pixels. What I wanted to show is clearly 36s are denied and in some cases 16s are let into Harvard.

My guess is the 16 is a legacy. Grandpa gives a lot of money so snowflake is let in, despite being dumb.
