If we are forced to buy insurance them they should be forced to sell it.
That said... with 60% of the exchange offering off the market, I can't see how this "will bend the cost curve down" for exchange plans. The government will have to make up the difference.
And let's not forget... the employer mandate hasn't even kicked in yet...

Imagine how bad the mid-terms would be for the Dems if the President hadn't postponed it until after the election. Let a story like this become a meme a week or two before the election and there will be lots of Dem members of Congress looking for jobs next year.
Unless something drastic changes before the 2016 elections, Obama will have given it to the GOP due to the shitstorm the employer mandate will cause.
